In 2025, the Ministry of Health issued Resolution 1888, mandating the adoption of interoperable electronic health records for all healthcare providers nationwide—a measure requiring the real-time digitization of medical information for every patient interaction and connecting it to a unified national platform.

Today, we are talking about tools that can optimize diagnoses, streamline clinical workflows, and expand access to specialists, especially in remote regions.
